Frequently asked questions
How long until my order ships?
Under shipping & details, you can see an estimate of when your order could ship. It will absolutely never be after the last date to ship. If you are needing an item sooner than projected, feel free to send me a message before ordering to see if we can make something work!
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! 75% of the items in my shop are from someone who had a wonderful idea in their head, and we worked together to make it a reality! Feel free to send me a message with what you are thinking!
My item was marked delivered and isn't in my mailbox or is held up in shipping?
All of our items are shipped 1st class unless otherwise chosen at checkout and will include tracking. After your order leaves the shop and is in the possession of the USPS, it is now their responsibility to get it to you. Please make sure your address is correct and if I see something that is off, I will send you a message before purchasing a label. I wish I could say that the USPS doesn't screw up, but it does. Send me a message and I will help you the best that I can and send you a picture of your packaging so that you can show the Postmaster or the mailman to determine where your package is. I am not responsible to make you a new item or to refund your order if the USPS loses your order. However, please let me know so that I may help you
Cancellations?
Our cancellation policy is 12 hours from when your order is placed. If you need to cancel in that timeframe, please send me a message ASAP. I do not accept cancellations after 12 hours especially if you overlooked the processing time/shipping time.
Returns/Refunds?
I do not accept returns on any item in the shop because they are all personalized. If something happens that I messed up the personalization, send me a message and I will make it right!
Wanting a refund instead? You pay for the shipping back to the shop and I will refund your order minus Etsy fees/shipping materials.
